Yoga Teacher Training Certification Course A 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification Program in the tradition of classic authentic Hatha Yoga with a nondenominational style valuing all yogic traditions. This program is the perfect launching pad for teaching as well as a fantastic way to deepen your own personal practice. Learn to teach and practice yoga as more than a physical exercise but as a profound science uniting movement, breath, sound, concentration, meditation and prayer. The curriculum consists of hatha yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breath techniques), meditation, chanting, kriya, bandhas, philosophy, anatomy, Sanskrit, the chakra system, and the business side of Yoga.
